Orders for books and radio shows on CD are sent by USPS Priority Mail.
Printed brochures are sent by USPS first class mail. Overseas orders to any country besides the US, Canada and Mexico are sent by surface mail.
US Shipping Rates:
For orders of $4.00 and under: free shipping
For orders between $4.01 and $25.00: $7 shipping
For orders between $25.01 and $50.00: $12 shipping
For orders over $50.01: $15.00 shipping
International Shipping Rates: $20.00 shipping for orders under $50.00, $30.00 shipping for orders over $50.01
